By downloading or using the BillBox mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. Description of Service
BillBox is a personal productivity tool designed to help users store and manage digital copies of receipts and warranty information. The service is provided "as is."
2. Premium Subscriptions & Free Trial
BillBox offers a "Premium" tier via a subscription model:
- Free Trial: New users may be granted a 30-day free trial of Premium features upon installation. No credit card is required for the trial period.
- Billing: After the trial, payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store.
- Features: Premium features (e.g., Analytics, CSV/PDF Export, App Lock, Cloud Backup) are unlocked upon successful subscription or during the trial period.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store policies.
3. User Responsibilities
- Data Responsibility: Since BillBox stores data locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your receipts and information.
- Device Security: You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure (e.g., using the App Lock feature).
- Lawful Use: You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The BillBox app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Ajith Antony George (Antonnie).
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BillBox, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data (including loss of receipt images due to device failure), or other intangible losses.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes within the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
